While in Paris for fashion week, I was interviewed by Julia Knolle for Vogue Germany. We got to shoot the story in and around the Tuileries Garden (a public garden located between the Louvre Museum and the Place de la Concorde in the 1st arrondissement of Paris- near the shows and across from the hotels where all of the editors stay) with their photographer, Schnati, a German living in Paris who has a long history in blogging herself (her sister is Jessie from Journelles!)
I was able to wear my favorite Mary Katrantzou currency collection dress for the shoot. Look closely at the print on my dress; there are so many subtle yet recognizable icons and patterns. The metallic threads across my chest are reminiscent of European currency.
The entire skirt and bib of the dress is made of a web of crystals. The weight of that material makes the dress move like water as you walk. The weight of a dress says so much about the quality.
The Mary Katrantzou currency collection is past season but I found a few pieces of it that are still available (and on SALE)!
