VALENTINO ROCKSTUD HEELS

Not the first one to the party. This is not a novelty post.

A lot of my peers bought into the Valentino Rockstud frenzy about a year ago, but historically, I have not worn such feminine heels and I felt like these required lipstick– which I do not wear. (More of a ChapStick or no-stick girl.)

I found myself reposting images of them to my Tumblr and taking screen shots of them from Instagram- they landed on my Coveted page a few times…

Last week I attended a Valentino charity event and finally bought into the trend. I don’t regret it- mine are super light, almost as if you are barefoot, and they are a nice fall replacement for my go-to black strappy sandals.

Valentino will do these for seasons to come so if you are going to jump in, do it now. You will enjoy them for longer.

As trendy as they were in the beginning, they have slowly evolved into such a classic shoe that works with a variety of styles. We’re very tempted by the nude ones over here and don’t think you’ll regret your purchase!
