GIFT GUIDE: FOR THE HOST

Here is another reason why you should buy unique gifts when you find them: to be a prepared guest. Host gifts are especially important for house guests (just if you want to be invited back).

DECK THE HALLS

During the holidays, you never know who is going to show up with a gift- or who you are going to feel like gifting (I tend to act on emotion). An easy gift that you can stock year-round is a deck of cards.

A NEW TOMB

So far this summer my calendar has consisted of events where a present is expected: birthdays, engagements and baby showers to name a few.

VENZedits Tip: (1) Keep a gift closet stocked with a few baubles and accessories (2) when in doubt, coffee table books are always well-received.
