After my last haircut, my stylist told me that my hair would look better after a day or two of dirt so I went and bought some dry shampoo.

I tried the cheap stuff, the mid-tier stuff and the expensive stuff. The later two were terrible! They made my hair seem powdery or wet, respectively. The cheap stuff, Psssssst, works perfectly, does not leave a white residue and…is cheap.

1. ALC Screw Earrings: A.L.C. is one of my new favorite jewelry designers. I stalked these earrings for months and finally decided to invest. They are perfect travel earrings because you have the choice of wearing both metals (I am slightly obsessive when it comes to matching my jewelry with the hardware of my shoes and bag).

I have mentioned this before, but the accessories in my home are either glasses or books. I am now an old lady- I collect things.

My newest accessory is an inexpensive book stand (available here and here)- it adds a bit of height to tabletop space in my home. To change the look of the space, I simply turn the page.
