In the November 2011 Bazaar, Terry Richardson captured model Eniko Mihalik in a forrest green fur jacket by Gucci and some southwestern turquoise jewelry; the color combination was striking- it created a look that is much bigger than the bling or the coat alone.

Last year at about this time I was attending a neon party- absurdity required. This year, I am scouring racks for the perfect neon dress to wear to the next major fashion event.
Who knew.
I have a new fashion crush: Elin Kling. I found the image above, a perfect example of her easy-cool style, while combing through her blog, StylebyKling. Since seeing this look I have not been able to get it off the brain, so I made some Elin-inspired purchases today: (1) Black booties, an Elin trademark; (2) cream sweater; (3) cream cords.
