KIM DID IT.


In the beauty department, Kim Kardashian is my muse. Her routine probably takes two to three hours longer than mine, but it has a fresh, enchanting look and from the neck up.

Last weekend Kim wore a diamond headpiece to her wedding and I think we should all incorporate the look into our dressed-up or dressed-down routine- it is not just for Woodstock.

ALL THAT GLITTERS


Up until this point there has been one reason I tolerated glitter: my best friend, Alissa. I actually did not like her when we first met because the glitter to cotton ratio of her outfit was 2:1. True story. I now have a swarovski stapler and pencil set in my office (thanks, Liss).

On the heels of the Miu Miu fall collection I purchased my first pair of glitter shoes.

Instagram, the iPhone app, is my new favorite toy. I can take pictures of my new vintage eagle ring, a cute vespa I saw outside of Starbucks and the lobster I had for dinner and instagram allows me to make it all look uber creative and inspirational.
